Magnetic storm at the Petit Palais

Laetitia Casta

Laetitia wears a black muslin lace gown by Yves Saint Laurent Rive-Gauche Spring 1997.

Dominique Issermann got the agreement of the Sieff's family to shoot Laetitia
using the same set in front of the YSL's famous nude picture by Jean-Loup Sieff shot in 1968.
Thanks to the Dominique Issermann's magic, one really believes that they are together forever.

Even if one recognizes the style of the red lipstick and nail varnish with a very hot color,
her hairstyle is as sculptural as for the Cesars.

Her entire silhouette is penetrating in the YSL's aura, his warm aurora borealis.
She is on the same wavelength than YSL more in the mood of Opium from YSL fragrance than Baby Doll,
hence her gold high-heeled stilettos for which the color remembers the one that Sophie Dahl wore.
However with Dominique Issermann, the first heel is in a suggestive shadow like the Laetitia's right hand.

Her imposing gold bracelet means that the two lovers are very close like in a magnetic storm.

One does not know if she wears the necklace in shape of heart
since her arm completely masks her breast to highlight the YSL's chest:
in the event of this photograph, her heart is only offered to YSL.

At the Petit Palais from March 11 to August 29, 2010, the visitors of the YSL exhibition will find the Laetitia's gown
for the Cesars 2010 in room 9 but without Laetitia! The gown belongs to the collection 1968.

Introducing the YSL exhibition, the curator Florence Müller better presents this collection, some other famous gowns
and also for the first time all nude YSL's photographs by Jean-Loup Sieff.

France 3 interviews Laurence Benaïm chief editor of Stiletto and author of the YSL biography and Requiem for YSL
and the curators Florence Müller and Farid Chenoune.

Nowadays, when Laetitia wears those YSL gowns, they rock more! Did she wear really a gown in the shadow of the last video?
